What we take off your plate

In many growing fleets, DOT testing lands with the person already carrying safety and compliance. We take the testing side of that job.

Random pool & quarterly selections

We run the selections, notify you, and keep the pool current as drivers come and go.

Electronic orders, nationwide

You place the order; your driver walks into one of 25,000+ collection sites with a barcode.

MRO review included

Every result reviewed by a Medical Review Officer before it reaches you.

Clearinghouse reporting & queries

Violations reported as required, and we walk you through queries when you get stuck.

When something goes wrong

Post-accident windows, reasonable-suspicion calls, split-specimen requests, a positive result. You call and a person answers.

Audit-ready records

Documentation organized the way an auditor expects to see it.

Simple pricing — you only pay when a driver tests

Most TPAs charge you to exist in their system. We don't. Joining our pool is free. You pay when a driver takes a test, and that's the only time.

$65 — DOT urine drug test

Collection, lab, and MRO review all included.

Observed collection: add $50.

$65 — DOT breath alcohol test

At collection sites nationwide or at our Elk Grove Village facility.

No enrollment fee. No annual fee. No monthly fee. No per-driver fee. One flat price you can budget against, at more than 25,000 collection sites nationwide.

DOT testing reasons we handle.

For fleets subject to 49 CFR Part 40 and FMCSA Part 382, we handle every DOT testing reason required.

Pre-employment

Required before a driver performs safety-sensitive functions for the first time.

Random

Unannounced testing drawn from your pool. We manage the random selection process for you.

Reasonable suspicion

When trained supervisors observe indicators of use. We'll guide you through the supervisor training requirement.

Post-accident

Required within strict time windows after a qualifying accident under 49 CFR 382.303.

Return-to-duty & follow-up

Return-to-duty and follow-up testing for drivers completing the SAP process, ordered and scheduled by the employer.

DOT-regulated panels we run.

Urine DOT drug screen

DOT 5-panel: marijuana (THC), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, and PCP. Expanded opioid panel per HHS guidelines. MRO verification included.

Breath alcohol (DOT)

Evidential breath testing by a DOT-qualified BAT. Confirmation test required at 0.02+ BAC per 49 CFR Part 40.

Your drivers test where they are.

You place the order online and select the collection site. Your driver receives the electronic order, goes to the site, presents the barcode and their CDL, and the collection is completed under full chain of custody — at more than 25,000 sites nationwide.

Negative results are typically available the next business day.

If DOT testing landed on your desk

In most fleets your size, drug and alcohol testing sits with whoever was already carrying safety and compliance. Random selections, Clearinghouse queries and reports, the driver who tests positive on a Friday afternoon. That's the part we take.

What comes off your desk

  • Random pool management and selection notices every quarter
  • Electronic test orders at 25,000+ collection sites
  • MRO review on every non-negative
  • Clearinghouse reporting on your behalf
  • When something unusual happens — post-accident window, split specimen request, a violation that won't clear — you call and a person picks up

What the invoice says

$65 per DOT test. Collection, lab, and MRO included. No annual fee, no membership fee, no per-driver fee. A fleet that hires ten drivers a year pays for ten pre-employment tests — not ten enrollments.

Moving takes a few days, not a quarter

  1. Sign the consortium agreement and send us your driver list.
  2. We enroll your drivers and place them in the random pool for the next quarterly selection.
  3. You notify your current TPA. We'll tell you what to ask them for.

You move from one random pool into the other with no gap. Your drivers don't need a new test to switch. Each one needs a negative pre-employment test on file — you keep it, or we keep it for you.

Most fleets switch at year-end because they think they have to. You can move any time — but if year-end is your timing, the numbers are worth comparing now.

Clearinghouse

FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance.

All positive tests, refusals, and SAP return-to-duty results are reported to the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse as required.
