$25 same-day drug testing for local businesses.
Most employers send people to a national chain, where they wait behind lab work and the result comes back in two days. We're a collection site in the Elk Grove Village industrial park with a person in it. Send your employees over — twenty-five dollars, results before they leave.
No contract, no minimum, no procurement.
You don't need to negotiate anything. You need to tell us who you are.
To open an account we need: company name and address, a contact name with phone and email, and a billing contact if that's someone different. That's one phone call. Call this morning and you can send someone in this afternoon.
Once you're set up:
- Send people in whenever you need to. No appointment, no scheduling portal. They walk in, we screen them, they leave with a result.
- Bill the way that suits you. Card on file and billed per test, or invoiced monthly. Your choice.
- Typically no wait. Your employee isn't queued behind blood draws and lab work. In most cases they're in and out.
- Results go straight to you. Same day, by email.
And if you only need one test, that's fine. No account required. Come in, get it done, pay for the one.

What the $25 screen is — and what it isn't.
This is an instant point-of-care screen. The result is available on site, in minutes, and for most hiring decisions it's all anyone needs.
It has limits, and they matter:
- It is not lab-confirmed. A screening result is not a confirmed result.
- It is not court-admissible. If a court has ordered testing, this is not the test.
- It is not valid for DOT testing. Regulated testing has its own requirements this screen doesn't meet.
A negative is final for the purpose it's used for. A positive can be sent for lab confirmation and medical review when the situation calls for it — we'll tell you when it does.
If you need something this screen can't do, we do that too, in the same building:
- Court-ordered testing — hair, nail, PEth, and urine with full chain of custody
- DOT testing — pre-employment, random, post-accident, return-to-duty
- Lab-based workplace testing — confirmed results with an MRO review
- DNA and paternity — walk-in or by appointment
- Blood draws for your own lab kit — bring the kit, we do the draw
Random testing programs.
If your policy calls for random testing, the administration is the part employers dread — pulling names, documenting that the selection was genuinely random, chasing people who didn't show.
That's the part we do. You tell us the pool and the frequency; we run the selections and tell you who's up.
For DOT-regulated drivers, that's a consortium random pool with the FMCSA requirements built in. More on DOT consortium enrollment.
Testing a group? We'll come to you.
Sending ten people across town one at a time doesn't make sense. At ten or more donors we come to your site, and there's no travel fee.
Typical reasons: a new crew starting at once, an annual round of testing, or a jobsite incident where several people need testing before the shift ends.
Below ten we can still come out — that's a scheduling conversation rather than a standing offer.
Just need a test for yourself?
Walk in, no appointment, no account. A $25 instant screen with the result before you leave.
Same limits apply: it's a screen, not a lab-confirmed or court-admissible result. If you've been ordered by a court to test, that's a different test — call and we'll tell you which one your order actually asks for.
