Mobile & Remote Collection
TrueTest's network of experienced mobile collectors serves the greater Chicago area for on-site and remote collections. Our mobile team responds to emergency calls 24/7 — promptly, courteously, and with the professionalism that comes from years of experience.
All mobile collectors are DOT-certified and trained across a range of collection types most mobile collectors don't offer: hair collection (head and body hair), sweat patch application and removal, and PEth blood collection.
On-site programs for employers.
Some on-site work is a single reasonable-suspicion call. Some is a standing program — multiple sites, a fixed schedule, twenty to a hundred donors in a session. We staff both.
At ten or more donors we come to your site, and there is no travel fee. Below ten we can still come out; that's a scheduling conversation rather than a standing offer.
For larger sessions we send a team rather than a single collector, so a shift clears without a line forming. Our mobile collectors include both men and women, which means an observed collection can be completed on site regardless of the donor.
Collectors are DOT-qualified and BAT-certified and carry the full specimen range — urine, hair, nail, oral fluid, breath alcohol, sweat patch, and PEth.
When mobile collection is the right call.
A fixed collection site works for most tests — but some situations make travel to a site impractical, risky, or legally counterproductive. Mobile collection solves for those cases.
High-conflict custody
When transporting a donor to a site risks escalation or gives opposing counsel an argument about timing or tampering, mobile collection neutralizes both.
Supervised visitation check-ins
Confirm sobriety before a custody exchange begins — at the visitation site, with a timestamped result.
Corporate reasonable-suspicion
When a supervisor has observed impairment on the jobsite, moving the employee to a clinic creates liability. We come to you.
Post-accident testing
DOT post-accident windows are strict. On-site collection removes the travel delay that can push you past the window.
Elderly or mobility-limited donors
Home collection preserves dignity and removes logistical barriers for donors who can't easily travel.

Call or submit a request. Tell us the donor, specimen type, location, and timing window.

We dispatch a trained collector. DOT-qualified and BAT-certified collectors based out of Elk Grove Village.

Specimen sealed on-site. Tamper-evident packaging, donor ID verified, chain-of-custody signed at the point of collection.

Delivered to the lab. Results within the normal turnaround for the specimen type.
When we're available.
Our walk-in office hours are 9:30 to 4:00, Monday through Friday. Mobile collections and scheduled appointments run outside those hours — evenings, weekends, and overnight — subject to collector availability, which we can usually accommodate.
For emergency calls, post-accident and reasonable-suspicion, we typically have a collector on site within 60 to 90 minutes depending on where they are and conditions on the road.

Based in Elk Grove Village, we directly serve Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, and McHenry counties. We regularly travel throughout the Chicago metro and can arrange collections further out — call to confirm coverage and scheduling for your location.
