Walk-in drug testing — Elk Grove Village
Instant urine or oral test, $25. No appointment. Results before you leave. Mon–Fri 9:30–4:00.
Which test do you need?
- Sent by your employer? Come in and tell us who sent you — employer testing.
- Ordered by a court, or sent by an attorney? That is a different test — court-ordered testing. Call before you come in and we will tell you which test your order actually asks for.
- DOT driver? Just come in, and bring the form your employer gave you.
- Testing for yourself? Keep reading — everything below is walk-in.

What the $25 screen is — and what it isn't.
This is an instant point-of-care screen. The result is available on site, in minutes, and for most everyday purposes it's all anyone needs.
It has limits, and they matter:
- It is not lab-confirmed. A screening result is not a confirmed result.
- It is not court-admissible. If a court has ordered testing, this is not the test.
- It is not valid for DOT testing. Regulated testing has its own requirements this screen doesn't meet.
A negative is final for the purpose it's used for. A positive can be sent for lab confirmation and medical review when the situation calls for it — we'll tell you when it does.
If you need something this screen can't do, we do that too, in the same building:
- Court-ordered testing — hair, nail, and urine with full chain of custody
- DOT testing — pre-employment, random, post-accident, return-to-duty
- Employer testing — confirmed results with an MRO review
- DNA and paternity — walk-in or by appointment
- Blood draws for your own lab kit — bring the kit, we do the draw
What to bring.
- Photo ID. A driver's license or state ID.
- Any form your employer gave you, if someone sent you in.
- Your kit, if you were sent one for a blood draw.
