Do you offer 'at home' STD tests?
The STD panel at TrueTest Labs is comprehensive and requires both a blood draw and a urine sample. Therefore, we cannot offer these as ‘at home’ tests. Most at home tests rely on saliva or urine, which can only provide a subset of the results you want. When you get an STD test, you want to make sure it is fully comprehensive and doesn’t leave you with any uncertainty.
While we don’t offer a do-it-yourself, at-home STD test, we do offer in-home or mobile testing. Contact one of our offices to learn more about this service.
How long do STD tests take?
Following a short visit to our office, results from your comprehensive STD at TrueTest Labs are delivered in 2-3 business days.
How much does STD test cost?
If you are concerned about exposure to STDs, we recommend a comprehensive STD panel to help put your mind at ease. Our comprehensive panel is only $229. If you are focused on a specific STD test, we have tests available for individual STD’s. Call our office to learn more.
What STD’s can be detected by blood test?
With a blood draw, we can test for HIV, Herpes 1 and Herpes 2, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B. With our comprehensive STD panel, we include urine testing, which tests for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.
Can I also get treatment from you?
Should you need to see a doctor regarding your test results you can schedule an appointment with our board certified doctor or take your results to your own practitioner.
